About Wallace
Please meet our Cavoodle Wallace weighting in at around 10kg.
Wallace is such an easy boy! Super cuddly, incredibly affectionate, and happiest just being by your side. Toys, he loves them!
He hasn’t been tested being left completely on his own, as he’s currently best mates with one of the dogs in his foster home and they stay inside together when the foster family heads out. He would love a small doggie friend in his forever home.
He’s a quiet, polite gentleman—no barking and no silly behaviour, at 10 years old, that is behind him. He is looking for a calm, experienced home where he can feel safe and loved. He takes his time to warm up and build trust, so he’s not the best fit for busy cafes or lively dog parks. He has been around calm, dog-savvy humans in foster care, and he matches that peaceful energy beautifully. He thrives in quiet environments and would do best in a home that can provide patience and understanding as he settles in.
Now, the one non-negotiable… absolutely NO cats. Not in his home, and preferably not even next door 😂
The good news? He’s perfectly fine around birds, horses, and cows.
All in all, a loving, easy companion just waiting for the right home 💛

That’s why we’ve developed a clear, step-by-step guide to help you find your perfect match and provide a loving home for one of our precious animals. Our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way, from your initial interest to the joyful day you bring your new friend home.
How to Adopt: A Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Browse Our Selection: Visit our Animals page and use the menu to view the various pets we have available. Choose between cats and dogs to narrow your search.
2. Expression of Interest: Found a pet that captures your heart? Reach out to us for an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to initiate the process.
3. Patience is a Virtue: We meticulously review every EOI to ensure each animal goes to the right home. Thank you for your patience during this critical stage.
4. Meet Your Potential Pet: If your EOI is approved, we'll organise a Meet & Greet session. It’s a great opportunity for both you and the animal to see if it’s a perfect match.
5. Adoption Application & Home Review: If you're ready to move forward, you'll need to complete our adoption application and agree to a home review.
6. Review & Approval: Your application and home review will be assessed to guarantee a secure, loving environment for your potential pet.
7. Adoption Fee: Upon approval, you'll be required to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee. This fee directly supports our animal care efforts.
8. Welcome Home: Once the fee is processed, we'll coordinate the special day when you can bring your new pet home.
