About Cookie
Cookie loves a lap, and will sit on your lap and purr and purr. He is such a beautiful gentle soul. He is so good with the kids in his foster home and is super friendly to all of them. He just loves everyone.
He loves to snuggle in bed with Mr 17 in his household, and he's always happy to have a cuddle.
He loves his toys and when he hears the jingle of the bell in his toys he comes running to play. He also loves his food, and scoffs it down like he's not sure another meal will ever come!
Cookie is a calm boy who is great with kids and is basically just a wonderful, friendly, sweet boy. It's hard to imagine someone not falling in love with him!

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
