5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Hayden the time he needs to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Hayden be left alone each day, and who will assume the responsibility for him during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Hayden quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Hayden be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access as he pleases? Please describe his proposed sleeping arrangements.
