6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Miracle the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Miracle be left alone each day, and who will assume the responsibility for him during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Miracle quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Miracle be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access as she pleases? Please describe his proposed sleeping arrangements.
