About Sage
đż Meet Sage đžđ¤
Sage is a gentle, thoughtful girl with a quiet presence, a big appetite, and a personality that slowly unfolds once she feels safe.
Having been a wonderful and patient mum to her babies, Sage carries herself with a calm, observant nature. Sheâs the kind of cat who likes to take things in from a distance firstâwatching, learning, and deciding when she feels comfortable enough to let her softer side show.
Right now, in her new foster home, Sage can seem a little unsure and anxious as she adjusts to unfamiliar surroundings. Loud noises especially can make her nervous, so she would do best in a calm, peaceful environment where she can settle at her own pace.
Sage is definitely an independent observer. She likes her own space and prefers affection on her own terms, but when sheâs in the moodâespecially if food is involvedâher sweet and affectionate side appears. Chin scratches can be a winner, though she can be a little selective about when and how much attention she wants.
And speaking of food⌠Sage is a serious foodie đ Tube treats are absolutely the way to her heart, and while she does have a sensitive tummy, that certainly doesnât stop her love for snacks. Sheâll happily chat to you about dinner time tooâSage can be quite the little chatterbox when she wants something.
One of her cutest habits is spending time by the water bowl, where she likes to dip her paws in and lick the water offâbecause apparently drinking normally is far too simple đ
She hasnât shown much interest in toys, preferring comfort, routine, and observation over high-energy play.
đĄ Sageâs Ideal Home
Sage is looking for a patient, understanding home with someone who will give her the time and space she needs to settle and feel secure.
She would do best in a quieter household without too much noise or chaos, where her independent nature is respected and her trust can grow naturally.
Sage would be okay as a solo cat and may even enjoy having the space and attention to herself.
For the right person, Sage will be a deeply rewarding companionâa quiet little shadow with a soft heart, a strong opinion on snacks, and plenty of love to give in her own special way đ¤đžâ¨
