A Journey of Strength and Love
Winnie’s story began with a chapter no cat should have to endure. Found as a stray and brought to an emergency vet, it was quickly clear that this sweet girl had been a cherished pet who was heartbreakingly abandoned at her most vulnerable time. Winnie arrived in our care having lost her newborn kittens and suffering from toxin exposure.
But Winnie is a fighter. After being nursed back to health and given the emotional support she needed to heal, she has blossomed into the most resilient, affectionate, and grateful companion you could ever imagine.
Personality: The Ultimate "Heart-Stealer"
If you are looking for a cat who truly appreciates your company, Winnie is the one. She doesn’t just sit near you; she gazes at you with eyes that say you are her absolute favorite person in the world. She is the queen of:
Endless Snuggles: She lives for pats and cuddles.
Loyalty: She wants to be your shadow and your best friend.
Gentle Nature: Despite everything she has been through, her heart remains pure and full of love.
The Perfect Fit
Winnie is incredibly social and adaptable! She is ready to slot right into almost any loving household:

Winnie has spent the last year recovering; now, she is ready for the "happily ever after" she deserves. She needs a home where she will be cherished, kept safe, and never left behind again. In return, she will spend every day showing you just how much she loves you.

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process:
-Initial Contact & Questionnaire. We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
-Video Tour. We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
-Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer. Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
-Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home. In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (an adoption fee is payable). Adoption paperwork will follow.
-Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation. Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
-All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
Adoption fees:
-Kittens: $350
-Cats 1 - 3 Years: $275
-Cats 3 Years+: $200
All adoptions will also carry a lifetime registration/admin fee of $50 on top of the above adoption price.
