About Gary
Once upon a time, these two brothers found the shelter a very scary place. The noise, the unfamiliar smells, the constant activity, it was all just too much, and they shut down. But here's the thing about Larry and Gary ... they are the perfect reminder that you should never judge a book by its cover.
Thanks to one of our incredible, dedicated staff members and foster carers, these boys were given a chance to decompress in a safe, quiet home and wow, have they blossomed.
Gone are the terrified, overwhelmed kittens we first met. In their place are two playful, affectionate, and genuinely lovely boys who adore each other, enjoy the company of other animals, and have discovered just how fun life can be. Toys? Yes please. A furry friend to wrestle or snuggle with? Even better.
Larry and Gary share a beautiful bond, and we would absolutely love to see them adopted together so they can continue their journey side by side. That said, if they do go to separate homes, they would really benefit from having another friendly cat or animal companion to help them feel safe and confident.
It's important to know that they may not immediately show their full personalities when you meet them, they're sensitive souls who just need a little time to feel secure. But give them that chance, and you'll see exactly who they are: sweet, playful, loving boys who will thrive in the right home.
We are so hopeful to find them homes where they can continue to grow and never have to return to that frightened version of themselves again.
If you have a calm, understanding home and a little patience to offer, Larry and Gary will reward you with a lifetime of companionship, play, and quiet, special moments.
Could you be the happy ending these boys have been waiting for?
