Darcy Appleby came into care after his mother was surrendered with her litter of kittens.

Darcy is a 13-week-old Domestic Short Hair kitten with a predominantly white coat and soft grey patches across his back. He has striking facial markings, with one eye rimmed in a pink tone and the other outlined in darker colouring, giving him a very expressive, unique look. Darcy is an active, agile and mischievous little boy with a strong, confident personality and a playful, cheeky approach to everything he does.

Darcy would suit a home that can keep up with his energy and provide plenty of playtime and stimulation. He is independent in nature and enjoys doing his own thing, but still benefits from companionship and interaction. He is comfortable with other cats and would do well in a multi-cat household, but is not dependent on being bonded to a sibling. He is best suited to a home with children over 12 years who can engage respectfully with his more boisterous style of play.

Darcy is a bold, playful kitten who loves his food and is highly motivated by play. He can be strong-willed and energetic, often throwing himself fully into games and exploration. He is not suited to overly quiet homes, as he dislikes loud noises and being startled, but in the right environment he is endlessly entertaining and full of personality. To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
We will communicate through every step of the process to ensure that the experience is excellent and your feline companion is the right fit. Read the contract for T&Cs for returns.
You must have residency in Australia to adopt from our group. If you are visiting or on a visa, talk to us about fostering instead!
