👑 Meet Sassy - a little attitude, a lot of heart 💕

Don't let that name-or that face-fool you. Sassy may look like she's silently judging your life choices, but underneath that royal expression is a truly sweet and gentle soul.

This 4-year-old lady likes to take her time getting to know her people. She's happiest with a slow introduction, quietly observing from a safe distance while deciding whether you're worthy of her royal approval. Once you've earned her trust, she's more than happy to accept head scratches and settle beside you on the sofa like the queen she is.

Sassy is a shy, relaxed kitty who would thrive in a calm, quiet home where she can feel safe and understood. She's also quite the little conversationalist, happily chatting away when she's hungry or looking for some attention. Her voice is soft but full of personality-just like her.

Sassy does have an ongoing eye condition called chronic ocular discharge, meaning her left eye can be weepy because the tear duct isn't functioning properly. This can sometimes cause irritation to the skin beneath the eye and may occasionally become infected. Thankfully, it can generally be managed successfully with anti-inflammatory eye drops when needed, under veterinary guidance. Her adopter will need to be prepared for occasional veterinary consultations and ongoing medication if required.
Any further medical expenses after adoption will be the responsibility of her adopter.

Sassy came into our care from another home, so we know she has experience being someone's companion. She just needs the right environment to feel comfortable enough to let her personality shine.

She's looking for a calm, quiet home where her boundaries will be respected and where she can spend her days being the gently chatty, slightly judgy, sofa-loving queen she was clearly born to be. 👑💕
