Howdy! I’m Stuart, a super friendly, gentle, purry, smoochy and independent little guy who loves being the bold leader of my litter.

Nature
I came into PRA care as a tiny orphan kitten and was lovingly hand-raised as a bottle baby with my siblings.

I’m usually the first to explore something new or start a game of chase or wrestling with my foster siblings. I’m a confident little charmer who loves toys, climbing adventures and sneaking in for cuddles, pats and belly scratches. I also enjoy a good perch to survey my kingdom like the brave little house tiger I am.

Being hand-raised means I’m very people-focused and enjoy being part of the action in my home. I’m always happy to trot over for pats, share a purr or keep you company while you go about your day.

As an attention-seeking, curious explorer, a catio or secure outdoor area would be perfect so I can safely watch the world go by, keep an eye on the birds and enjoy a little sun-puddle lounging.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
While I’m not very familiar with children yet, I’m very comfortable with other cats and a large loud dog who I have lived with since I was a tiny kitten.

I’m quite the social little kitty companion and enjoy having furry friends around.

I should adapt quickly to my furever home and any new pet siblings with gradual supervised introductions, but I would also do well in a family environment without other pets where I can be the centre of attention and chief cuddle supervisor.

Likes / Dislikes
I haven’t shown any outward dislikes, but like most kittens my age I may take fright at loud noises and find a safe cosy nook until things settle.

I have perfect litter manners and cooked chicken is one of my favourite foods. I haven’t tried many cat treats yet, but I have enjoyed creamy treats on the few occasions I’ve been offered them — they definitely get my whiskers twitching!

Toys, climbing spots and a comfy lap for a purr session are also high on my favourites list.

My PURR-fect home would be one with lots of people so I can acquire my daily quota of cuddles, scratches and belly rubs. A loving household where I can be part of the pride and share my purrs would suit me just fine. Another feline or doggo friend would also be awesome, as I wouldn’t like to be left alone all day. I’m a social little kitty who enjoys companionship.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

Medical Notes: Stuart had cat flu, which is a respiratory infection. He was treated for this and given the all clear by the vet.
