About Copper
Copper is an 11-week-old American Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy with a very cheeky smile and a playful, affectionate nature. He is a bright, social little boy who enjoys interacting with people and is already showing early signs of wanting to engage and learn.
Like all young puppies, Copper will need ongoing training, consistency, and routine to help him develop good manners and confidence as he grows. Puppy preschool or classes are highly recommended to support his socialisation and basic obedience, along with short, positive training sessions throughout the day.
Copper will also benefit from plenty of enrichment to keep both his mind and body busy. Food puzzles, chew toys, and interactive play will help set him up for success and prevent boredom. With the right guidance, structure, and patience, Copper has all the potential to grow into a loyal, fun-loving companion.
Cooper's journey is being lovingly followed by the TV show For the Love of Pets, capturing his search for the safe, happy forever home he so truly deserves. His story is a special one, and this opportunity allows his new beginning to be shared and celebrated with a wider audience.
To be part of Cooper's journey, his future adopter will need to feel comfortable participating in filming. This will include welcoming the film crew to capture the adoption meet at the RSPCA, as well as potentially taking part in a gentle follow‑up visit in the home once Cooper has had time to settle in and truly shine in his new environment.
These moments help highlight the incredible impact of adoption and allow Cooper's happy ending to inspire others. By choosing to share in this experience, you'll be helping show just how life‑changing a second chance can be - for both Cooper and his new family.
