About Wafer
Wafer is a brave, curious bunny who's always on the lookout for his next little adventure. He's still getting used to handling, so Wafer would do best with a patient family who can use gentle, consent-based approaches to help build his confidence over time. Once he feels safe and settled, he has the potential to really enjoy close company, even relaxing on your lap.
Wafer may also appreciate the companionship of another friendly rabbit, pending a successful meet-and-greet. He would also thrive in a home that can provide plenty of enrichment, including chews and toys to keep his active mind occupied. Due to his white fur, Wafer is best suited to an indoor setup where he can stay safe and comfortable.
With patience, understanding, and lots of enrichment, Wafer is sure to grow into a loving and entertaining companion.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
