Adoption information
About Prince
This handsome little pup, is Prince.
Cattle dog mix.
Prince is a lovely natured boy.
Only young...about 5 or 6 months old.
He loves all the dogs, LOVES cuddles.
Fine with cats.
Prince unfortunately has a hip/leg deformity. This is from birth and gives him no pain. He gets about just fine and sees no difference or limitations in himself.
There is no surgery or anything that can be done to "fix" this at this point but it may be worthwhile to think that potentially in the future he may require intervention.
One vet we consulted seems to think it's unlikely he will need any surgery as its a congenital defect and his body just "works that way"
There will be things to consider for his owners in Prince's life though.
Weight control. He will need to stay lean and not overweight to ease pressure on joints.
No jumping. Not negotiable. No jumping up, down, in or out. This can further damage joints.
We have a little information pack for anyone interested but first of all, we just want to say that this does not make him any less adoptable. He is the most sweetest little guy.
He will be desexed soon, vaccinated, chipped and ready to find his forever home.
Send us a message if you are interested in meeting him.
Located Greenbank.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Adoption details
All animals come with a 7 day trial period (this is negotiable depending on case by case differences, and will be discussed accordingly with anyone having queries)
After this time, and knowing that both the family and pet are happy together, the adoption will be finalized.
If an animal is to be returned for whatever reason during this 7 day period, a 10% (of the adoption fee) administration fee will be taken out of the refund. Animals returned after this time, unfortunately forfeit the adoption price.
We are mostly located in Jimboomba on the outskirts of logan, around 30-45 mins south of Brisbane, although some animals can be in care throughout the greater Brisbane region.
