She’s wonderfully comfortable with children and cats, making her a great fit for a family environment. Ruby is also crate trained and toilet trained, adding to her easygoing nature in the home. While she can’t manage a doggy door or long flights of stairs, she handles a couple of steps without trouble, and she’s more than happy to wait for her humans to help her navigate anything more challenging.

Ruby loves her walks and park visits, taking in the world with gentle curiosity. Her love for toys is unmatched—soft toys are her absolute favourite, whether she’s snuggling them or playing a gentle game of fetch. She’s a dog who finds joy in simple pleasures and shares that joy generously with the people around her.

Her diet requires soft food, but she’s not without her treats. When broken into small pieces, chicken jerky becomes one of her greatest delights.
