Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About Pippin
I may be smol but I am mighty and I have the courage of a lion when I feel safe and comfortable in my environment. When I see my people coming, I start making biscuits because it makes me sooo happy!
Lying in the sun and chasing hands under a blanket is a lot of fun!
A big high cat tower with hanging mice and scratcher is my absolute favourite and I also love playing with a ball and my catnip mouse too. I love looking out the back window into the garden too where all the birds hang out.
I love my food - it's so yum! I have a big appetite for such a small kitten!
I know how to use kitty litter like a big girl and I always love a cuddle.
Sometimes loud noises scare me, but I adjust quickly because I know I'm safe with my foster family. Could you be my next family?
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
