Rocky

Rocky is a fun, affectionate little terrier with plenty of personality packed into a small body. He is excitable, agile and quick on his feet, but just as quick to leap onto a lap and settle in for cuddles. Rocky loves people and is happy to make friends wherever he goes, including with children.
While he enjoys getting out for a walk, Rocky is not a high endurance athlete and is quite content to stroll at his own slower pace. His true passion is comfort, with favourite activities including couch naps, car rides, and snuggling up in bed with his people. He enjoys being close to his family and would suit a home where companionship is a big part of daily life. He doesn’t know any tricks but responds well to his name.
Rocky has classic terrier instincts and curiosity. He can be excited when first meeting other dogs and may vocalise or growl initially, but has done well with slow, thoughtful introductions. He may suit a home with a calm dog companion.
With cats, Rocky would need a confident dog savvy cat, as he is likely to chase if they run.
He is toilet trained, though may mark during the first few days in a new environment while settling in, and will let you know if he needs to go in the night. Rocky prefers someone home most of the time, as he is clever and active enough to create his own entertainment if left unsupervised.
