Monti Clarke came into care after being found in a backyard with her mum and siblings, and she has grown into a beautiful, affectionate young kitten with the perfect balance of playfulness and sweetness.

A sleek black kitten with a bright, curious nature, Monti is full of personality and charm. She’s at that delightful age where everything is an adventure, and anything can become a toy — especially if it dangles, bounces or moves. She loves chasing string toys and teaser wands, happily pouncing and playing to her heart’s content.

Monti also has a wonderfully quirky side. One of her favourite games is dropping her toy mouse into her water bowl, turning it into her own little entertainment system. She’s also known for gently reaching out with her paw to tap you for attention — a sweet, endearing way of saying she’d like some love.

Affectionate and people-focused, Monti enjoys being close to her humans, whether that’s keeping you company throughout the day or curling up beside you after a good play session. She thrives on interaction and would love a home where she can be included as part of everyday life.

Monti can be a little sensitive to loud noises like vacuum cleaners or sudden bangs, and she appreciates a calm, consistent environment where she can feel safe and settled. She also has some preferences around her litter setup, doing best with a tray she can easily jump into or one without a door.

She gets along well with other cats and shares a bond with her brother Max, and they would make a lovely pair if adopted together. However, Monti is also confident enough to settle into a home on her own, provided she receives plenty of attention and enrichment. She may be okay with a calm, respectful dog and would suit a home with children over 5 who can interact gently.

To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
We will communicate through every step of the process to ensure that the experience is excellent and your feline companion is the right fit. Read the contract for T&Cs for returns.
You must have residency in Australia to adopt from our group. If you are visiting or on a visa, talk to us about fostering instead!
