Meet Penny 🐾

Penny is a beautiful 5-year-old mini silver dapple with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. She’s fully vaccinated, desexed, and ready to find her perfect forever home.

This little lady enjoys the finer things in life—especially her meals! Penny currently thrives on Hills Z/D kibble along with home-cooked chicken, rice, and veggies, and she would love a future human who enjoys continuing her “chef-style” dining routine.

Penny is a sensitive and affectionate girl who prefers calm environments. She’s not a fan of rough play with people or other dogs, but she absolutely adores cuddles. Stormy weather can make her nervous (those Queensland thunderstorms are no joke!), so she’ll need someone patient and comforting—preferably on the couch with gentle pats and belly rubs.

Despite her dainty nature, Penny is quite fit and agile. She would benefit from at least two daily walks and would love to join you on relaxed weekend adventures. She would thrive in a home where someone is around often—working from home or being retired would suit her perfectly. Penny also enjoys canine companionship and would love a friendly dog sibling.

She walks beautifully on the lead without pulling and is already toilet trained (bonus!). While she’s not crate trained, she may be open to learning—but truthfully, she’s happiest snuggled up in a cozy bed or burrowed under a blanket with you. If you have a lap, she will happily claim it!

Penny loves children and brings warmth and affection wherever she goes. She’s looking for a new home due to her current dog sibling not accepting her—she truly wants to be friends, but sadly, it’s not being returned.
