Hi! My name is Gwendoline, but my foster mumma calls me Gwennie, and I think it suits me perfectly. I’m a sweet, floofy little lady with the most adorable face, but life hasn’t always been kind to me.

I had a rough start and was bullied during my community-cat days, so I’m still learning that humans can be gentle and safe.
Even with my timid nature, I’ve shown nothing but sweetness. I have a healthy appetite, I accept pats, and I’ve never shown any signs of aggression.

I’m the kind of girl who blossoms slowly, quietly, and beautifully when given patience, kindness, and a calm environment. When the house is peaceful, I love lounging on the back of the sofa or watching the world outside from a cosy spot.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I’m still learning how to trust people, so I do best with older, calm children who understand that I need space and gentle interactions.

I’ve lived with other cats before and I’m comfortable around them, but right now I would really benefit from time in an only-cat home so I can decompress and build confidence without competition or stress.

I haven’t been tested with dogs, but given my timid nature, a dog-free home is likely best for me.

Likes / Dislikes
✅ I like quiet spaces, soft places to hide, and gentle routines.
✅ I enjoy watching the outdoors from a safe perch, windows are my favourite TV channel.
✅ I accept pats and will continue to grow more affectionate as I feel safe.

❌ I’m not a fan of loud noises, sudden movements, or busy environments.
❌ I don’t like being rushed—slow, steady, and respectful is how I learn to trust.

My PURR-fect home would be a patient, understanding foster-to-adopt home where I can take things at my own pace in a quiet, gentle environment. A cosy safe space, like a caboodle or my own room, will help me decompress and feel secure as I settle in. With kindness, predictability, and respect for my boundaries, I’ll grow into the sweet, affectionate girl I’m meant to be.
