About Soju
Hello, I’m Soju.
I am a quiet kind of girl who likes to take my time with things. I notice everything. I think about things before I jump in. I am not the first to rush over, but when I choose you, it means something.
I would do best in a calm home. I enjoy peace, soft voices, and having my own space. I am happy as an only pet, though I could live with another calm cat with a slow and gentle introduction. I am comfortable around calm dogs too, but busy or noisy ones make me a little unsure.
Children are fine as long as they are gentle and give me time to come to them. I do not like being rushed or picked up without warning. I prefer to approach you when I am ready. Once I feel safe, I settle in quietly and enjoy your company in my own way.
I love my cat tower and my tunnel. They are my favourite places to play and watch the world. Every now and then, I have these little bursts of energy where I zoom and bounce around for no reason at all. It just happens, and then I am calm again.
I use my litter perfectly and have no issues there. I am just a gentle girl learning to feel safe and comfortable in my world.
If you are looking for a quieter companion, someone who will choose you slowly and then stay close in her own gentle way, I think I could be the one.
Also - I have a bob tail, which makes me kind of special too.

Please ensure all corresponding documentation, such as vet work for existing animals & lease agreements are provided with the completed application to avoid any delays
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will pass your contact details onto the carer and they will liaise with you to arrange a meet & handover. Prior to the handover, an adoption contract will be emailed to you along with copies of vet work & our bank details. The signed adoption agreement & payment of the adoption fee is required prior to the animal leaving with you. We offer a two-week trial period, and the full adoption fee, minus an administration fee will be refundable if the adoption is cancelled within those two weeks.
