Meet Poppy - Your Devoted Little Shadow 

Poppy is an adorable eight- year old female Maltese x with a heart full of love and a personality that shines.  She is the kind of companion who will quickly become your constant little shadow, happiest when she's right by your side.

This sweet girl is incredibly people-motivated and thrives on affection.  If you're looking for a dog who will soak up all the love you can give (and then ask for more), Poppy is your perfect match.  Belly scratches?  Absolutely her favourite.  Cuddles on the couch?  Even better.  And at bedtime, she'll be expecting her spot right on the bed with you - she wouldn't have it any other way!

Poppy has a playful side too.  She loves her toys, enjoys a good run, and is always keen to explore her surroundings.  Her beautiful coat is low-shedding but will need regular brushing to keep her looking her best.  It's a small effort for such a lovely companion.

Poppy is wonderfully adaptable and would suit a range of lifestyles.  She would be perfectly happy in a unit or apartment, and she would make a fantastic companion for grey nomads looking for a loyal travel buddy.  While she is fine with other dogs, she is just as content being your one and only - as long as she has her people, she is happy.

One thing to note is that Poppy may have some mild environmental (grass) allergies and is currently on antihistamines.  For this reason, she is probably not the dog for parks etc.
