SWEET GIRL!
Watch out! Sweet little Billie is out to steal your heart!
⁃ With her gorgeous tabby fur, bright eyes, funny antics, and blissful purring in your lap, Billie is a real charmer!
⁃ At 6 months old, Billie is an outgoing, confident and inquisitive young lady, eager to meet and greet new people and other pets from the get-go.
⁃ Billie is just graduating from kittenhood and is fascinated by everything the world has to offer.
⁃ She is content to remain safe in her carers’ home or enclosed patio, loves to climb on the cat tree, crash around in the cat tunnel, chase toys (with or without human interaction), and explore nooks and crannies.
⁃ She enjoys the company of people and other cats in her carers’ home and plays gently - learning about boundaries and personal space if she gets a bit overzealous.
⁃ For all her energy, Billie will happily flop into an available lap for cuddles or snooze in a sunny, cozy corner.
⁃ She will sleep on your bed if allowed but is content to sleep anywhere else.
⁃ Billie’s a sociable companion and good work buddy, too - once informed the keyboard is not a bed!
⁃ Billie has good litter habits, is an unfussy eater, and very happy to be handled. She’s learning how to use a cat flap.
⁃ Billie got on well meeting a visiting small, older dog, but is untested with children.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.
The adoption fee of $330 includes desexing, vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
