At just around 2 years old, he's still finding his place in the world and can be quite shy and unsure in new situations. Having lived among many other dogs, he would truly benefit from a calm home with a gentle, confident small dog to help show him the ropes and build his confidence. Pippi is a quiet, sweet boy who needs time to decompress and feel safe, but underneath his timid nature is a dog who wants to trust and connect.

Pippi is looking for a peaceful, patient home with someone experienced in rescue dogs who understands that trust takes time. He isn't demanding and will blossom with gentle encouragement, consistency, and kindness. A foster-to-adopt arrangement would be ideal to ensure the right match for both Pippi and his new family.
