About Hermitage
Meet Hermitage 💗
Hermitage is a young lady with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Confident, curious, and endlessly playful, she walks into every room like she owns it-and is very happy to share it with you.
This charming girl loves people. New faces are just friends she hasn't charmed yet, and Hermitage makes it her mission to win them over with head boops, playful antics, and plenty of affectionate attention. She thrives on interaction and will happily be your shadow, your playmate, and your daily dose of joy.
When she's not exploring her surroundings or batting around her favourite toys, Hermitage enjoys soaking up love and making sure everyone nearby knows how special they are to her. She's confident without being demanding, affectionate without being clingy-just a well-rounded, people-loving cat.
Hermitage would suit a home where she can be part of the action and included in daily life. If you're looking for a cat who will greet you with enthusiasm and make you feel instantly adored, Hermitage is ready to move right into your heart. 🐾✨
To book a meet and greet with Hermitage, please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal. Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
