Evo is a sensitive, intelligent boy with a gentle heart and a whole lot of potential. As a Belgian Malinois cross Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, he brings together two breeds known for their loyalty, trainability, and strong working instinct, and he's looking for a home that can help him grow into the confident, secure dog he's meant to be.

Evo absolutely loves toys, especially soft ones he can carry, toss, and snuggle. Play is one of his favourite ways to bond, decompress, and build trust. He's also super trainable and walks beautifully on lead, making him a joy to work with for adopters who enjoy positive, reward‑based training.

Because Evo is a nervous boy, he needs a calm, predictable environment. He is best suited to an adults‑only home where routines are consistent and interactions are gentle and respectful. Evo must be the only dog in the household, as he needs space to settle, decompress, and build confidence without the pressure of sharing his environment.

Once he's had a solid settling period at home, Evo can begin gradual, positive introductions to other dogs. He benefits from slow pacing, distance, and plenty of reinforcement to help him feel safe. The same approach applies to meeting new people and exploring new environments, steady, supportive exposure helps him learn that the world isn't as scary as it sometimes feels.
