Lacie, weighing in at a trim 18-20 kilograms, is highly active, making her an excellent fit for those who love spending time outdoors, walking, playing, and exploring. Her time at the Bathurst Correctional Centre, where she underwent training as a support dog for veterans, testifies to her intelligence and gentle nature.

Whether indoors or outdoors, Lacie seamlessly transitions between the two environments, embracing her surroundings with keen observation and care, yet her disposition is far from aggressive. If there's a cat at home, Lacie can become great friends with proper introduction. She gets along with Thor, the dog she currently resides with, though she can be reactive to unfamiliar dogs. With children, she is a bundle of joy, though her excitement can occasionally translate into unawareness of her size.

Lacie is a true companion who desires the company of her humans and adapts well when given attention and love. She is fully house-trained and does not suffer from separation anxiety, making her a reliable and content canine partner.
