Lainey is a sweet little tabby with a gentle heart who just needs a bit of time to feel safe. She can be quite shy when you first meet her and is a little sensitive to loud noises, so she’s looking for a calm, understanding home where she can settle in at her own pace.

Once she’s comfortable, Lainey’s lovely personality starts to shine. She enjoys gentle pats and will happily hang out nearby, sharing quiet moments with her people. She’s not a fan of being picked up, but she shows her affection in her own soft, understated way.

Lainey has some adorable quirks—she prefers staying close to the ground (heights are not her thing!) and absolutely loves exploring cozy little spaces like under bookshelves, inside bags, or tucked into boxes. It’s where she feels safest and happiest.
She’s also a big fan of food and can’t resist a good play session, especially when there’s something moving to chase—feather toys, strings, or even a flicking tail will have her pouncing in no time!
