6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Miley the time she needs to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Miley be left alone each day, and who will assume the responsibility for her during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Miley quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Miley be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access as he pleases? Please describe her proposed sleeping arrangements.
