I’m Sailor! (Named after the singer)

I have a little battery of play, sleep, poop, and repeat. I absolutely love being close to my humans all the time I’m a total little shadow! I have been through a lot, so I can be quite anxious and very clingy, but I make up for it by giving the best snuggles and being incredibly loyal to my person.

Because of my anxiety, I need a calm, patient home where I can feel safe. I’m definitely a girls girl and I can be unsure around men at first, but with slow, gentle introductions I’m able to build trust and can do really well. I’m also not a fan of children, especially under 12, so a quiet adult home would suit me best. The dogs I’ve come across, I don’t mind at all!

I’ll need a family who understands that settling me in will take time. It’s really important that my new home keeps things calm at the start no visitors for at least a few days while I adjust and start to feel secure.

I’m very smart and a quick learner. I can sit before my food and I’m learning to drop my toys when playing. I go to the toilet in the same place… most of the time, and I do little wees when my humans come home, but I’ll grow out of that with time and reassurance.
