Meet Peppermint!

Hello there, my name is Peppermint. I am 2 and a half years old. I love to make friends with other cats. I have not yet had a chance to interact with dogs, so I’m not too sure about them.

I have been living with my foster mum, her daughter and my foster brother for a few months now. It is a quiet household and I feel very calm here. I love to play with my foster brother, and sometimes I surprise my foster mum by poking her under the blanket with my paw, but I run off if she tries to touch me. I can be very playful when I am ready to play. I have recently discovered the joy of being patted and am starting to enjoy a little scratch behind my ears. Although I am learning to trust and to play, I will still need time to adjust to my new life without my babies and sister around me.

I used to live with my sister and our babies. We shared and took turns feeding them. My old owner used my sister and me as breeding machines because we are white. Because of this, I am still learning to trust humans. After looking after the babies, my sister and kittens have all gone to their forever homes, and now I am looking for mine.

I would love to find a quiet home. If there is another cat or two in the house, that would be a huge bonus as I enjoy having a companion. If you think you could be my perfect match, please come and meet me. I would really love to meet my future pet parents. 😸
