Sweet, bouncy, and delightfully goofy, this young man is eager to be part of a loving home where he can truly belong. He thrives when included in family life and will do best with a patient owner who's committed to continuing his basic manners training at a steady, thoughtful pace.
He's highly food-motivated and already knows how to sit, making him a great candidate for ongoing positive reinforcement training. He would especially benefit from enrichment-based feeding, as he loves snuffle mats and puzzle toys that challenge his mind and keep him engaged while working for his meals.
Due to his low tolerance for close handling and tendency to become easily over-aroused, a home with teenagers is recommended rather than young children. Ideally, teens in the household would take an active role in his daily training, helping him build confidence and positive habits.
Will need to meet other dogs at time of adoption, he has shown some reactivity to dogs in care.
With the right guidance and consistency, he has all the potential to grow into a fun, loyal, and rewarding companion.
