A loving and confident boy who adores hands-on affection, this sweet ginger kitten is a true star who's made quite the impression in his foster home. Not only is he a champion smooch - snuggling down at your side, on your lap or on chest whenever he gets the chance - he's also a class clown who's sure to keep you laughing!

Richie's funniest quirks include his big-boy growl when carrying small balls and toy mice around, and his passion for playing fetch. But his sweet side is just as irresistible! He's got a massive purr, the softest paws, and the silkiest coat you've ever touched :)

He also likes the company of other energetic cats, and enjoys wrestling and chasing with the other young resident cat in his foster home. (He likes quieter cats too - especially ones with swishy tails - but so far that hasn't made him popular...)

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have plenty of toys for me to chase (I've got a wish list!), a few crinkly tunnels to race through, creamy treats galore and lots of cosy places to snooze. Cat towers are fun too, and I'm good at using scratching posts!

I love human company, so my ideal family will give me heaps of attention and let me hang out with you when you're watching TV, working on your laptop or just going about your day. I'm always interested in what you're up to! But I'm pretty independent at heart, so if you're away during the day that's totally fine - especially if there's another young cat for me to play with.

I'm also looking for an indoor-only home please, to keep my delicate pink features safe from the sun.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a gorgeous mix of speed demon and smoochy prince! If I'm not racing around creating adorable chaos, I'm probably snoozing on your lap.

I'm very good at entertaining myself, but it's always extra-fun when you throw my ball for me. I'll even bring it back to you and drop it at your feet for another round (or five!).

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I haven't met any children yet, but I think I'd do well with kind, gentle ones aged 6+ who'll play with me and let me sleep on the bed with them. I'm still learning how to keep my claws in when I get excited (or see a dangling drawstring/ponytail/whatever!), so younger children probably aren't suitable at this stage.

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: The active younger cat in my foster home loves playing with me, and the feeling is mutual! I suspect I'm a bit too annoying for older or quieter cats, unless they're really easygoing.

Not sure about dogs, but if you've got a nice one, I'm open to giving it a try!
