Ninja is a 4ā5 month-old bundle of energy, curiosity, and pure chaotic charmāa confident little adventurer who turns everyday life into his personal playground.
True to his name, Ninja is always on the move. Heās fearless, fast, and endlessly curious, often the first to investigate anything newāwhether itās a toy, a room, or something he definitely shouldnāt be climbing š From high shelves to hidden corners, Ninja loves to explore every inch of his world and will keep you constantly entertained with his playful antics.
An independent explorer with velcro tendencies, Ninja thrives on activity. Heāll happily zoom around, chase anything attached to a string, and fully commit to his play sessions like itās his life mission. But once heās burned through all that energy? He comes right back to youāready for affection, attention, and his favourite thing of all: belly rubs š„¹
And yesāthis boy LOVES affection. Chin scratches, cuddles, attentionā¦ he wants it all. He craves connection and enjoys being the centre of your world just as much as he enjoys being the centre of his own little adventures.
Ninja has a mischievous streak (in the most lovable way possible), bringing that classic chaotic black cat energy wherever he goes. He can get a little possessive over his favourite toys, but overall heās social, playful, and does well with other catsāespecially ones who can match his energy.
Heās also impressively adaptable. While he may be alert around new noises at first, he quickly adjusts and isnāt easily shakenāmaking him a confident addition to a lively home.
Youāll often find him climbing, running, exploring, or curled up near his people in a comfy spot, recharging for his next adventure.

Ninja would thrive in an active, engaging home that can keep up with his high energy and curious nature. He needs people who have time to play with him, interact with him, and give him the attention he craves.
He would do best with another playful cat or in a busy household, as he isnāt suited to being a solo cat. Plenty of toys, climbing spaces, and enrichment will help him truly shine.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family memberās health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
