Squirtle is a cuddly ball of fluff with a calm, thoughtful nature, preferring to sit back and watch what’s going on before deciding (inevitably) to join in with the fun! She may take her time sussing things out, but once she feel comfortable, she's as playful and silly as her siblings :)
If you’re looking for a sweet, observant companion who'll become your little shadow, Squirtle might just be the kitten for you!
Like all Maggie’s pets, Squirtle is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have a positive vibe with a bit of life and noise! I love being around commotion and activity, I just prefer to do things at my own pace - slowly easing into new situations once I've checked everything out to my satisfaction.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I’m pretty calm as kittens go, but I still have fast-and-furious bursts of playtime and zoomies!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Though I haven't met many kids yet, nothing much has fazed me during my time in foster care - so a family household could definitely work.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Once I've worked out who all the pets are and what they're about, I happily come over and say hi! I was born into a house with two dogs, three cats and lots of love. My favourite is the Labrador - he's big but I like snuggling with him :)

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
