NAME: Cecil
Nicknames: Pocket Rocket, Crazy Boy!
BEFORE RESCUE: Came to SAFE Esperance from the pound
PERSONALITY: Cecil is an adventurous, curious boy who loves cuddles when he’s ready to sleep but loves playtime. He’s ridiculously entertaining and is a mischief maker who makes himself at home wherever he goes.
FAVOURITE THINGS: When Cecil is awake, he’s constantly on the go. He’s into everything and loves to play. His favourite toys are plastic springs and ping pong balls. He loves to be up high and has given his foster carer a few heart attacks when he climbs up high on the cat scratch tower to get to the wall hammock, then hangs off it to play with his fellow foster kittens.
OTHER ANIMALS: He settled straight in with the other older kittens in his foster home and started playing with them immediately. He would love to live with another young cat that he could rough and tumble with and could also live with a friendly, cat-savvy dog after gentle, supervised introductions.
GENERAL INFO: Cecil is microchipped and vaccinated. He is flea and worm treated and is litter trained and very clean.
ESSENTIALS for Cecil:
** A loving home where he’s given time initially to settle in and get comfortable, then gets plenty of attention but is treated gently. He will be frightened initially so his new owner will need to be patient with him for the first few days after adoption until he settles in. He would go well with older, gentle children who will interact with him daily as he loves to play.
**Cecil needs to be kept as an inside only cat or have access to a secure outside cat run.
ADOPTION FEE – $435
Adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, first f3 vaccination, flea and worm treatment and microchip, including the transfer of ownership.

ADOPTION DETAILS
After applying, one of our SAFE coordinators will be in touch to arrange for you to meet with the cat/kitten or to talk to their carer for more information.
Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen pet is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Esperance will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet’s microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
