Hi, I’m Django.

I’m a handsome boy — if I do say so myself — and I’m looking for a home of my own.

I’m currently living in foster care with four other dogs. It’s fun and all, but what I’d really love is my own family, my own couch, and my own people to adore.

I love humans. I love dogs too, although I’m also quite happy without them around. I have lovely manners, I don’t jump up on people, and I’m not a noisy dog. In fact, my foster family have never heard me bark.

🐾 Very happy chilling inside while my people are at work

My foster mum says I have only two flaws.

First, I need good fencing. If my people are around, I have no desire to leave them. But if I’m alone in a yard with low fencing, I may decide to check what is on the other side. I don’t wander away and I do come back when called, but secure fencing will be important in my new home.

Second, I have a very enthusiastic tail. It has been described as a “weapon”, but honestly, it is a weapon of love — so I’m not sure that really counts as a flaw.

My dream home is simple. I’d like a couch to sleep on, maybe your bed if you’re willing to share, and people who will love me as much as I love them. I’d also be very happy to be your walking companion, because I do enjoy getting out and exploring the world.
