About Indie
Indie is the perfect mix of independent and “wait for me, I’m coming too!” She’ll do her own thing… but also follow you from room to room just in case something exciting happens without her.
Some kittens play with toys. Indie? Indie plays with furniture. Cupboard slightly open? She’s in it. Drawer? Claimed. Behind the fridge? Already mapped it. Between the sofa cushions? Secret headquarters. And if you open the dishwasher… well, clearly you’ve summoned your own personal Quality Control Officer.
Despite her independent, slightly chaotic energy, Indie is a big fan of her people. She’ll trail after you like a tiny, furry supervisor. She adores the kids in her foster home, gets along beautifully with the adult cats, and maintains a firm belief that whatever her sister Skye is playing with is immediately the best toy in existence.
Indie LOVES food; in fact if you are looking for the way to Indie’s heart, it is definitely snacks and more snacks. She is also very helpful, and if you drop crumbs on the floor she is always there to hoover them up.
When the exploring (and eating) finally wears her out, Indie transforms into a sun-seeking nap enthusiast. She has an impressive talent for locating the exact warmest patch of sunlight in the house and melting into it like a very small, very satisfied puddle.
Indie would suit a home that appreciates a kitten with personality; one who brings a bit of mischief, a lot of curiosity, and a constant sense that something slightly ridiculous might happen at any moment.
She’s weird. She’s wonderful. She’s always a little bit where she shouldn’t be. She might just be perfect.
