Hi!! I'm Larry, a big bouncy teenage goofball with a brain that's usually thinking about sticks or snacks.

I've got a heart of gold and not a single serious thought in my head (my foster family says I'm "not the brightest crayon in the box"... but I think that just means I'm extra fun!). I'm all about good vibes at home, I love playing, especially with sticks (the best toy everrr), zooming around, munching on treats, and then crashing in for cuddles.

I've been spending time in a foster home living my best life. And now? I'm back in the shelter for adoption, and everything is loud and confusing again. I try to be brave, but it is a lot for my brain. I really struggle to settle without a calm dog friend showing me the way. When I have another friendly dog with me, it's like someone flips a switch and suddenly I'm Larry 2.0. Confident. Happy. Bouncy. Ready to play. Without one, I get unsure and I kind of forget how to dog properly. I need a home with another easygoing dog because I do not come with solo confidence, I come with "buddy system required." If you've got a dog at home please bring them along!!

I do need a bit of help learning the ropes and things like manners and toilet training are still on my to-do list, but I promise I'm trying, and I'll get there with a bit of patience and guidance. I can live with secondary school aged kids or adults who understand I'm still learning, and think a bit of chaos is funny rather than stressful!
