Minka

Minka (otherwise known as minkyyyy moooo) is personality plus. She is a big smoochy girl who is happy to spend her day by a humans side, but she also loves play time with her foster pals.

In the short time she's been in care, her manners have already improved a lot. She will sit when she is asked (unless she's distracted playing with the other doggos). She has almost mastered the drop for treats and she is getting a lot better on the lead. She is also learning to patiently sit and wait before burying her head into her dinner.

At first, Minka is a little reserved and shy when meeting new people and dogs, but once the first part's over and done with she is a happy little wiggle bum.

She is great in the car, she just curls up and sleeps and also loves laying out on the deck in the morning sun, for a 4month old puppy I think she's pretty chill.

Minka requires an experienced home that will continue her training, to make her the best behaved version of herself. She's very food motivated, so training is quite easy, it just requires consistency, like any puppy.

We expect that she'll be an integral part of the family and be included in all the fun stuff, outings etc. She'll need a decent walk each day, regular doggy play time and cuddles..she really does love her humans.

Minka would ideally suit a home with another friendly, playful dog to keep her energy levels in check, however, we will consider a no dog home, provided someone is home more often than not and you have the time to dedicate to her ongoing development.

She'd be fine with kids around but is still quite jumpy at this age, especially when excited, so a home with older kids would be best.

A warm comfy bed inside at night and access to inside / outside during her days is a must for this girl.
