💕 LAVERNE 💕

Laverne is a stunning orange and white girl with a gentle soul and so much love to give. After being returned to care through no fault of her own, she’s been patiently waiting for a second chance at the happy, secure life she truly deserves.

When Laverne came back into care, she needed some dental attention—but she handled it like a champ! With just one tooth removed and a thorough clean, she’s now feeling fantastic and ready to start her next chapter.

Laverne is an independent, easy-going companion who enjoys the quieter side of life. She absolutely loves curling up beside her humans for a cuddle and will occasionally have a little chat when she’s feeling social. While she enjoys affection, she’s not overly demanding and is perfectly content doing her own thing nearby.

She can be a little particular with other cats—she doesn’t mind them, as long as they respect her space. Laverne would thrive as the only cat in the home, but she could also live with another calm feline friend given a slow and gentle introduction.

Because of some past experiences, Laverne would feel most comfortable in a home with older children or in a calm, child-free environment where she can truly relax and feel safe.

Laverne is a sweet, resilient girl who is ready to find her forever family—someone who will cherish her, keep her safe, and give her all the love she’s been waiting for. In return, she’ll be a loyal and comforting companion by your side.

🚨MEDICAL NOTES - PLEASE READ🚨
Laverne has a diagnosed heart murmur, which will require ongoing monitoring by a veterinarian. She has recently undergone a dental procedure, including a tooth extraction and scale and clean, and is now recovering well and feeling much more comfortable.
