About David
At 11 years young, Phillip the Jack Russell might be considered a "senior," but don't let that fool you, this little guy still has plenty of spark! He loves a good run around, chasing a tennis ball, a sniffy adventure, and being part of the action ... just at his own pace these days.
Phillip has had a bit of an unsettled journey, so he's looking for something truly special now: a calm, quiet home with someone who understands that sometimes he just needs a little space. He's a sensitive soul who will let you know when he's had enough, and in return, he asks for a human who can read his cues and respect them. Give him that understanding, and you'll see just how sweet and loving he really is.
He's the kind of companion who will happily trot by your side, enjoy the simple things, and then curl up nearby once his social battery runs low. Think of him as your independent little gentleman, affectionate, but on his terms.
As a senior boy, Phillip will need a committed adopter who can keep on top of his health, including at least twice-yearly vet check-ups and ongoing care to keep him feeling his best. In return, you'll be giving a deserving older dog the comfort, stability, and love he's been waiting for.
Phillip may not be a puppy anymore, but what he offers is something even more special: a loyal heart, a gentle spirit, and a chance to be someone's whole world in his golden years.
Could you be Phillip's safe place?
