About Sophia
Meet Sophia,
Sophia is a sweet and gentle girl with a lovely balance of calm charm and playful energy. She enjoys her quiet moments, but she's just as happy showing off her fun side-and it's absolutely adorable.
Every now and then she'll surprise you with a burst of playfulness, happily chasing after balls and entertaining herself with her cute antics.
She would love a peaceful home with adults who can give her a bit of time to settle in, though she may also suit cat-savvy kids who are happy to let her go at her own pace.
Sophia isn't shy she's just a thoughtful little lady. She likes to take a moment to check you out, make sure you pass her "good human" test... and then she's all about the pats, playtime, and cosy companionship.
With a little patience and a lot of love, Sophia will blossom into the sweetest companion, equal parts gentle cuddle bug and playful little ball-chaser.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
