Peaches

Peaches is a gentle, sensitive girl who is slowly learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. Each day she grows a little braver, and it’s incredibly rewarding to watch her confidence build.

While she can be timid and may hide when there are sudden noises or unfamiliar situations, Peaches is already showing her sweet and affectionate side. She loves to sleep on the bed at night and will happily curl up on the couch while you’re relaxing and watching TV — she just prefers to come to you on her own terms.

Peaches is interested in wand toys and is starting to show her playful side as she settles in.

She absolutely adores other cats and gains a lot of comfort from them. She follows our resident cat everywhere and even tries to snuggle up close (even when the feeling isn’t always mutual!). Because of this, Peaches would thrive in a home with a friendly, confident cat to help show her the ropes and build her confidence.

It’s clear that Peaches wants human affection — she’s curious, interested, and often comes up for a sniff — but she needs a patient and understanding home that will give her the time and gentle encouragement she needs to fully come out of her shell. Like many shy cats, once she feels safe, her bond with her person will be incredibly special and rewarding .

Peaches is best suited to a quiet home without too much noise or chaos, where she can continue to blossom at her own pace.
