This gorgeous Kelpie kid is impossible not to fall in love with. With his unique movie-star good looks, velvety soft coat and bright, happy nature, Phoenix has been charming absolutely everyone he meets.

He is the perfect mix of playful rascal and total sweetheart. One minute he’s zooming around the yard, making new friends or proudly showing off his latest toy… the next he’s curled up beside you, convinced he is a tiny lap dog.

Phoenix is a clever little guy with a huge personality. He’s already picking up the basics quickly, toilet training is coming along well, and he loves learning new things. He’s smart, eager and always ready for the next adventure. He’s also delightfully chatty and will happily tell you all about his day, his toys, the birds outside and probably what you’re making for dinner too.

He absolutely adores people and other dogs, and would love a home where he gets to be part of everything.
Morning coffee run? He’s in. Weekend camping trip? Absolutely. Helping with chores, following you around the garden, supervising farm jobs or playing with a canine best friend? The dream!

Phoenix would thrive with an active family, someone who works from home, a property lifestyle or a home with another playful dog. He is not the kind of pup who will be happy spending long days alone in a suburban backyard. He wants company, fun, adventure and plenty of opportunities to use that clever Kelpie brain.
He has been around backyard chickens and is doing pretty well with chook etiquette, with continued guidance he could live a harmonious life with poultry pals.
