Cooper is a bundle of energy, charm, and nonstop entertainment, already living life at full speed.
This confident, outgoing little boy has a big personality packed into a tiny body. One minute he’s zooming around the house, turning literally anything into a toy, and the next he’s curled up on your lap or chest, purring like a tiny engine and soaking up all the love he can get.
Cooper is the perfect mix of cheeky and affectionate. His playful curiosity makes him endlessly fun to watch, while his sweet, cuddly side means he bonds quickly and deeply with his humans. He’s very much a velcro cat in the making—he loves being involved in whatever you’re doing and will happily stick close by your side.
Super social and easygoing, Cooper gets along wonderfully with other cats and has no problem with calm, cat-friendly dogs. He thrives on interaction and companionship, and his happy, outgoing nature makes him a joy to have around.
When he’s not busy playing, you’ll find him in his favourite place: snuggled up with his humans or siblings, recharging for his next round of zoomies 💥
The only thing Cooper isn’t a fan of? The vacuum—but honestly, he’s not alone there.
🏡 Cooper’s Ideal Home
Cooper would do best in a home with another playful cat or one of his siblings, as he loves companionship and needs plenty of stimulation and interaction. He’s not suited to being a solo cat.
He’d thrive with a family or individual who can match his playful energy, give him lots of attention, and enjoy both his chaotic zoomies and his affectionate cuddle moments.
If you’re looking for a kitten who will make you laugh, keep you on your toes, and then curl up on you like you’re his entire world—Cooper is your boy 💙🐾

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
