About Pippin
Pippin is a sweet little grey bunny with the most adorable wonky ears, giving her a charming, slightly quirky look that goes alongside her gentle personality. She has a calm and thoughtful nature, preferring to take her time getting to know people. When approached slowly and with respect, she’s more than happy to accept a soft, gentle pat. Pippin enjoys feeling safe and in control of her surroundings, and once she’s comfortable, her quiet affection and relaxed presence really shine through.
Rabbits in general are sensitive, intelligent animals that need both mental and physical stimulation to stay happy and healthy. They benefit from environments that allow natural behaviours like hopping, hiding, and exploring. Providing multiple hides or sheltered spots is important, as rabbits instinctively seek safe places to retreat when they want rest or alone time. A spacious, enclosed indoor area is ideal for daily living, paired with supervised outdoor time on grass where they can safely graze and enjoy fresh air.
A healthy rabbit diet is centered around constant access to fresh hay, which supports digestion and dental health. In addition, leafy greens and fresh vegetables should be offered daily, along with a measured portion of quality pellets. Clean water should always be available. With proper care, a balanced diet, and a secure, enriching environment, rabbits like Pippin can live happy, comfortable lives while forming strong bonds with their people.
