About Herbie
Meet Herbie! He is a sweet, affectionate cat who may be a little shy when you first meet him. He just needs a bit of time and patience to feel safe-but once he warms up, his personality starts to shine.
He has a playful side and especially enjoys a bit of rough-and-tumble play, so he'll do best with someone who understands cat play behavior and can engage him in fun, interactive ways like wand toys and cat puzzles.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
