Meet Peanut - a sensitive, affectionate boy with a gentle soul and a slightly goofy side.

Peanut is looking for a calm, quiet home with a patient owner who understands he needs time to feel safe and settle in. He can be a bit of a worrier, so a consistent routine and peaceful environment will help him build confidence at his own pace. Once comfortable, Peanut loves being close to his people and will happily lean in for pats and affection.

While not overly interested in toys, he has been known to carry them around and he absolutely LOVES enrichment, especially his snuffle mats!
Peanut would do best in a home with older, calm and respectful children and needs to meet any possible canine siblings at the time of adoption. He can be a bit worried by other dogs so would do best with a calm relaxed doggy friend.

Peanut is a sweet, sensitive boy who just needs patience and understanding-in return, he'll be a loyal, loving companion with plenty of quiet, goofy charm.
