About Shadow
Shadow is a playful little character with a mischievous streak and a love for adventure. True to his name, he’s a sneaky explorer who enjoys quietly lurking around the house especially if there’s even the slightest chance of food being left unattended!
He’s full of energy and absolutely adores playtime. Whether he’s chasing toy mice, pouncing on balls, or leaping after wand toys, Shadow is always ready for a game. He also loves to climb, often seeking out a high perch where he can sit back and watch the world go by.
While Shadow is still quite timid around people, he’s a young boy who’s learning more about trust every day. With patience and a gentle approach, he’ll continue to build confidence and show his true, affectionate nature.
Having been in care since mid February, Shadow is still adjusting to the big world around him. He would thrive in a home with another playful cat to help him feel safe and bring out his confident, fun loving side.
Shadow has been exposed to small dogs and lively young children, and could do well in a home with them, provided he’s given the time and space he needs to settle in and feel secure.
This cheeky, curious boy is looking for a patient and understanding home where he can continue to grow, play, and explore at his own pace. In return, he’ll bring plenty of entertainment, quiet companionship, and a touch of lovable mischief.
As Shadow is thriving so well in his foster home with other cats, he must go to a home with a resident cat or alternativley would love to be adopted with his foster buddies.

Adoption details
Please email us at adoptions@heartandsoulrescue.com.au if you are interested in adopting one of our precious souls, and we will email you our Adoption Application Form.
Once we have received your completed form, we will then contact you to discuss suitability. If we feel one of our cats or kittens will be suited to you, we will arrange a home visit or ask for a short walk-through video of your home.
If all goes well, we will give you a *trial period of 2 weeks to see if our cat or kitten is the right one for you 💕 *Conditions apply - We reserve the right to reject a full refund if recommendations & requests regarding your new cat/kitten have not been adhered to. (a 25% admin fee will apply)
