About Eli
Meet Eli.
Eli is one of eleven beautiful Cattle Dog cross puppies looking for homes. Born on 19 February 2026, these pups will be ready to join their new families from 16 April.
Eli is a sweet, affectionate boy with a gentle nature and a lovely temperament. He enjoys human company, seeks out attention, and is already showing the makings of a loyal, people-focused companion.
His mum is a Blue Cattle Dog. Dad is a mixed breed, likely including English Staffy and Blue Cattle Dog, possibly with some Border Collie influence. Dad is an average-sized dog, no bigger than mum, giving a good indication of Eli’s likely adult size.
While Eli’s colouring is a beautiful tan, this is entirely consistent with his mixed heritage. Litters like this often produce a variety of coat colours, making each pup unique.
With this mix of breeds, Eli combines intelligence, loyalty and affection — a pup who will thrive with guidance and become a devoted member of the family.

Eli will be adopted through ARK’s deferred desexing program, with his adoption fee including the cost of desexing when he is old enough (terms and conditions apply).

Eli was health-checked, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and flea-treated on 26 March 2026.
Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the “meet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
